Note that local registration is both on Tuesday evening 8th September and Wednesday morning 9th September.

The congress ends Saturday afternoon 12th September.

Registration fees are anticipated to be the following. The registration fee includes the conference materials, coffee/tea, lunch during the conference days, and the conference reception.

Early registration fee: from 3 April 2009 to 31 May 2009

Regular*    €150 (SLE members)
                  €180 (non members)
Students    € 70 (SLE members)
                  €100 (non members)

Late registration fee:from 1 June 2009 to 30 June 2009

                        Regular*    €180 (SLE members)
                                          €210 (non members)
                        Students    €100   (SLE members)
                                          €130 (non members)

*SLE members from economically challenged countries pay the student rates. Currently, this applies to: Armenia, Bosnia, Brazil, Bulgaria, PR China, Ecuador, Georgia, Indonesia, Macedonia, Mexico, Nepal, Rumania, Russia, Serbia, Togo, Turkey and Ukraine.
